  1. 1. Rinse the seaweed thoroughly and put it in boiling water for half a minute. Immediately transfer it to ice water to stop the cooking process. Let it drain well afterwards.
  2. 2. Wash the snow peas and sauté them briefly in a little oil.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes. Cut them in half and remove the seeds. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem end, and slice the pepper into rings.
  4. 4. Rinse the squid and pat them dry. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the squid in it for about one minute, season them, and deglaze with balsamic vinegar.
  5. 5. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the squid. Season everything with salt and pepper and serve the salad on plates.
