Ingredients
- 100 g lettuce heart
- 1 white onion
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 60 parmesan (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 handful scented geranium leaf edible (from the gardener)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce hearts, remove the tough stems, and tear the leaves into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Peel the onion and cut it into coarse cubes.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and arrange all the ingredients attractively on the plates.
- 4. Mix the oil with the lemon juice and vinegar, and season the dressing generously with salt and pepper. Wash the geranium leaves, scatter them over the salad, add the Parmesan, and drizzle everything with the dressing before serving.
