🥗 Colorful Salad with Tomato and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 100 g arugula
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- 200 g marinated artichokes (jar)
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g turkey ham
- 200 g mozzarella
- 2 spring onions
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any damaged leaves.
- 3. Tear the arugula leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Pluck the herb leaves from the stems.
- 5. Place the arugula and herbs into a large bowl.
- 6. Cut the artichokes into quarters.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes.
- 8. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 9. Cut the ham into small cubes.
- 10. Slice the mozzarella.
- 11. Wash the spring onions.
- 12. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
- 13. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 14. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl.
- 15. Toss the ingredients gently.
- 16. Whisk the oil with the balsamic vinegar.
- 17. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 18. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
- 19. Add the sugar to the sauce.
- 20. Season the sauce with salt.
- 21. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 22. Drizzle the sauce over the salad.
- 23. Serve the salad.
