🥗 Colorful Salad with Ham and Egg

Ingredients
- 200 g mixed salad leaves (e.g. frisée, lamb's lettuce, Lollo Rosso, oakleaf lettuce)
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow each)
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 slice thick ham (cooked)
- 100 g Alpine cheese (in slices)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp germ oil
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- 1. Wash the leaf salads thoroughly, dry them well, and tear them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stem, seeds, and white inner membranes, and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
- 4. Cut the ham into small cubes.
- 5. Cut the cheese into wide strips.
- 6. Peel the boiled eggs and slice them.
- 7. Whisk the mustard with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Stir in the oil until a creamy dressing forms, and then taste the marinade to adjust the seasoning.
- 8. Place all prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl, toss them well with the dressing, and garnish the dish with the egg slices.
