🥗 Colorful Salad with Mozzarella and Ham

Ingredients
- 3 Romaine lettuce hearts
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (approx. 390 g)
- 150 g peeled pine nuts
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g mini mozzarella balls
- 12 slices Serrano ham
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce hearts under cold water.
- 2. Shake the leaves dry.
- 3. Tear the lettuce hearts into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 5. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 6. Remove the artichoke hearts from the package.
- 7. Let the artichoke hearts drain.
- 8. Cut the artichoke hearts in half.
- 9. Heat a pan without fat.
- 10. Toast the pine nuts in the pan until golden brown.
- 11. Put the oil in a small bowl.
- 12. Add the lemon juice to the oil.
- 13. Season the dressing with salt.
- 14. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 15. Mix the oil with the lemon juice.
- 16. Put the salad in a large bowl.
- 17. Add the tomatoes to the salad.
- 18. Add the toasted pine nuts to the salad.
- 19. Add the artichokes to the salad.
- 20. Remove the mozzarella balls from the package.
- 21. Dry the mozzarella balls well.
- 22. Add the mozzarella balls to the salad.
- 23. Mix all ingredients in the salad.
- 24. Fill the salad mixture into small bowls.
- 25. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 26. Take three slices of ham.
- 27. Garnish the bowl with the ham slices.
