🥗 Colorful Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella, Ham, and Nectarines

Ingredients
- 250 g mixed leaf salad
- 250 g fresh buffalo mozzarella (alternatively 8-10 small mozzarella balls)
- 2 nectarines
- 8 slices Parma ham
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil (extra virgin)
- balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner.
- 3. Cut the buffalo mozzarella into small pieces.
- 4. Wash the nectarines.
- 5. Halve the nectarines in the middle.
- 6. Remove the pits.
- 7. Slice the fruits into thin wedges.
- 8. Put 4 tablespoons of olive oil into a small bowl.
- 9. Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
- 10. Season with salt and pepper.
- 11. Mix the ingredients to create a dressing.
- 12. Place the salad in a large bowl.
- 13. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
- 14. Toss the salad well.
- 15. Add the mozzarella cubes.
- 16. Add the nectarine wedges.
- 17. Mix everything gently.
- 18. Divide the salad onto four plates.
- 19. Place two slices of Parma ham on each plate.
- 20. Season the dish with black pepper.
- 21. Serve the salad immediately with toasted bread.
