🥗 Colorful Salad in a Jar

Ingredients
- 1 handful basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp grated Parmesan
- salt
- pepper
- 40 g mozzarella balls
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 0.25 bell pepper
- 25 g arugula
Instructions
- 1. Puree the basilica with the olive oil until smooth and stir in the parmesan. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 2. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into quarters.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, wash it, and cut the vegetable into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the arugula and shake it well to remove excess water. Now layer all the prepared ingredients into a jar.
