🍽️ Colorful Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 small bell pepper (red)
- 1 can corn
- 4 sprigs basil
- salt
- pepper
- 5 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly and shake them dry. Wash the cherry tomatoes, pat them dry, and cut them in half. Wash the radishes, remove the stem ends, and cut them into eighths.
- 2. Wash the bell pepper, remove the inside with the seeds, and cut the vegetable into cubes. Take the corn from the can, let it drain, and mix it with the tomatoes, radishes, and bell pepper cubes.
- 3. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and cut it into thin strips. Season the salad with salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar, and mix everything well. Place the salad on the salad leaves and serve it garnished with the basil strips.
