🥤 Colorful Vegetable Juice

Ingredients
- 3 Beetroot
- 4 stalks Celery
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Parsley sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the beets, cut them into large chunks, and extract the juice. Mix the juice with lemon juice and pour the mixture into a glass.
- 2. Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and extract the juice from them as well. Carefully pour this juice over the beet juice and serve the drink garnished with fresh parsley.
