🍽️ Colorful Vegetable Skewers with Halibut

Ingredients
- 500 g halibut fillet
- 2 tbsp tapenade
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 blue onion
- 300 g yellow cherry tomatoes
- wooden skewer
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the halibut fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Mix the fish pieces with the tapenade.
- 3. Add a little vinegar.
- 4. Wash the peppers.
- 5. Halve the peppers.
- 6. Remove the seeds and the white inner part of the peppers.
- 7. Cut the peppers into cubes.
- 8. Peel the onions.
- 9. Cut the onions into slightly larger cubes.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes.
- 11. Pat the tomatoes dry.
- 12. Thread everything onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 13. Drizzle the skewers with oil.
- 14. Grill the skewers on the hot grill.
- 15. Grill the skewers for about 7 minutes, turning them around.
- 16. Arrange the skewers on a plate.
- 17. Garnish the skewers with herbs.
- 18. Serve the skewers.
