  1. 1. Cut the meat into cubes of about 1.5 cm. Remove the hard core from the white cabbage and cut the cabbage into thin strips. Peel the carrots, celery, and potatoes and cut them into cubes of about 1.5 cm. Cut the leek into thick rings.
  2. 2. Fry the meat in batches in hot oil until well browned. Season with pepper and cumin to taste. Add the vegetables. Dissolve the KNORR Bouillon Pur in 3/4 liter (750 ml) of hot water and pour it in. Add the bay leaves. Simmer the pot covered for 50 to 60 minutes.
  3. 3. Finely chop the parsley. Season the stew with pepper and iodized salt if necessary. Serve the dish sprinkled with fresh parsley.
