🍽️ Colorful Chicken Salad with Pesto and Croutons

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet (kitchen-ready, skinless)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil
- 0.5 baguette
- 2 handfuls mixed herb salad
- 8 radishes
- 0.5 cucumber
- 4 tbsp pesto (jar)
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the grill and preheat it.
- 2. Wash the meat, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, season with salt and pepper, brush lightly with oil, and place it on the hot grill. Cook for about 8 minutes, turning it occasionally.
- 3. Slice the baguette into very thin slices, drizzle them with a little oil, and grill them on the hot grill until golden brown.
- 4. Wash the salad leaves, remove any unwanted parts, trim them, and spin them dry. Also wash the radishes and the cucumber, trim the radishes, and slice both thinly.
- 5. Slice the meat into strips, mix it with the bread slices, salad, radishes, and cucumber. Arrange everything on plates, season to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve the salad with pesto.
