Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 100 g grapes
- 100 g red currants
- 100 g mirabelle plums
- lemon balm
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fruits thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core, and slice the quarters into bite-sized pieces. Strip the currants from their stems. Cut the mirabelle plums in half and remove the pits.
- 2. Arrange the prepared fruits on a plate and serve immediately, garnished with fresh lemon balm.
