Ingredients
- 350 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. radicchio, lollo rosso and bionda)
- 4 figs
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp grape seed oil
- salt
- 1.2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad leaves, remove tough stems, and dry them thoroughly. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Wash the figs and cut them into quarters.
- 2. Whisk the vinegar, honey, and oil together in a small bowl for the dressing. Season the mixture with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
- 3. Arrange the salad and figs attractively on the plates. Drizzle the dressing over the top and serve the dish immediately.
