  2. 2. Snap off the tough ends of the beans.
  3. 3. Boil the beans in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the beans from the pot.
  5. 5. Rinse the beans immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  6. 6. Let the beans drain well in a colander.
  7. 7. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds and white pith from the peppers.
  9. 9. Rinse the deseeded pepper pieces.
  10. 10. Slice the peppers into thin strips.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Cut the tomatoes into eighths.
  13. 13. Wash the radishes.
  14. 14. Chop the radishes finely.
  15. 15. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  16. 16. Stir the chopped radishes into the dressing.
  17. 17. Add the remaining vegetables to the dressing.
  18. 18. Mix everything well so the vegetables are coated with the dressing.
  19. 19. Finely chop the thyme leaves.
  20. 20. Stir the thyme leaves into the salad.
  21. 21. Let the salad marinate for 1 hour.
  22. 22. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the cheese over the salad just before serving.
