🍽️ Colorful Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 500 g green beans
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 radishes
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 bunch thyme
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the beans under running water.
- 2. Snap off the tough ends of the beans.
- 3. Boil the beans in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the beans from the pot.
- 5. Rinse the beans immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 6. Let the beans drain well in a colander.
- 7. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds and white pith from the peppers.
- 9. Rinse the deseeded pepper pieces.
- 10. Slice the peppers into thin strips.
- 11. Wash the tomatoes.
- 12. Cut the tomatoes into eighths.
- 13. Wash the radishes.
- 14. Chop the radishes finely.
- 15. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 16. Stir the chopped radishes into the dressing.
- 17. Add the remaining vegetables to the dressing.
- 18. Mix everything well so the vegetables are coated with the dressing.
- 19. Finely chop the thyme leaves.
- 20. Stir the thyme leaves into the salad.
- 21. Let the salad marinate for 1 hour.
- 22. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 23. Sprinkle the cheese over the salad just before serving.
