Ingredients
- 300 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. arugula, radicchio, oak leaf)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad leaves, remove any wilted or dirty parts, dry them thoroughly, and place them in a large bowl.
- 2. Whisk vinegar and oil together in a small container, season with salt and pepper, adjust the taste to your liking, and pour the dressing over the salad. Toss everything well and serve the salad in small bowls.
