🍽️ Colorful Leaf Salad with Peppers

Ingredients
- 200 g mixed leaf salad (iceberg lettuce, Lollo bianco, Radicchio... )
- 1 bell peppers (1 small red and 1 small yellow)
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Wash the leaf salads thoroughly, remove any wilted greens, spin them dry, and tear them into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
- 2. Wash the radishes, trim off the stem ends, and halve or quarter them as desired.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
- 4. Halve the peppers, remove the stem and seeds, clean them of all white inner membranes, rinse them again, and slice them into thin strips.
- 5. Place all prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss them gently together.
- 6. Peel the onion and dice it finely. Also peel the garlic.
- 7. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil, salt, and pepper. Stir in the onions and chives, press the garlic into the mixture, adjust the seasoning to taste, and toss everything with the salad. Serve immediately.
