🍽️ Colorful leaf salad with oranges, sprouts and Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients
- 1 oak leaf lettuce
- 1 endive
- 1 bunch arugula
- 50 g alfalfa sprouts
- 2 unpeeled oranges
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 200 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the different types of lettuce.
- 2. Shake the vegetables dry.
- 3. Tear the leaves into small, edible pieces.
- 4. Peel the mandarins completely.
- 5. Remove the white skin and the membranes.
- 6. Carefully separate the fruit segments.
- 7. Divide the arugula and leaf salad onto the plates.
- 8. Scatter the sprouts and mandarin segments over them.
- 9. Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 10. Drizzle the salad with the mixture.
- 11. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces.
- 12. Place the cheese together with yogurt, cream, salt, and pepper into the blender.
- 13. Puree the ingredients into a smooth sauce.
- 14. Season the sauce finally with lemon juice.
- 15. Serve the sauce separately in a bowl.
- 16. Serve crackers for dipping alongside.
