Ingredients
- 300 mixed leaf salads (e.g. head, oak leaf, lamb's lettuce)
- 4 mushrooms
- 4 tomatoes
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow each)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 70 g olives
- chili peppers (a few mild, pickled)
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad leaves, remove any woody or wilted parts, spin them dry, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes, remove the hard stem area, and cut them into eight equal wedges.
- 4. Cut the sheep's milk cheese into small, even cubes.
- 5. Whisk together vinegar, salt, and pepper to make a dressing, then slowly stir in the oil until well combined.
- 6. Gently toss the salad ingredients with the dressing and arrange them attractively on plates.
