🍽️ Colorful Leaf Salad with Fruits

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 250 g mixed leaf salad (to taste)
- 150 g Strawberries
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Raspberry vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Cane sugar
- 0.5 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges completely with a sharp knife, removing all white pith. Carefully cut out the fruit segments along the membranes. Catch the dripping juice and then squeeze the empty orange peels by hand.
- 2. Wash the salad greens, remove any damaged or wilted parts, and spin them dry. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems if needed.
- 3. Whisk all dressing ingredients together with four tablespoons of the collected orange juice until smooth. Season to taste. Toss the dressing with the prepared salad, orange segments, and strawberries.
- 4. Divide the salad among plates and garnish with edible flowers as desired.
