  1. 1. Peel the oranges completely with a sharp knife, removing all white pith. Carefully cut out the fruit segments along the membranes. Catch the dripping juice and then squeeze the empty orange peels by hand.
  2. 2. Wash the salad greens, remove any damaged or wilted parts, and spin them dry. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems if needed.
  3. 3. Whisk all dressing ingredients together with four tablespoons of the collected orange juice until smooth. Season to taste. Toss the dressing with the prepared salad, orange segments, and strawberries.
  4. 4. Divide the salad among plates and garnish with edible flowers as desired.
