  2. 2. Place the potatoes in a pot with salted water.
  3. 3. Cook the potatoes for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the prepared broccoli to the potato water 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  5. 5. Cook the potatoes and broccoli together until they are tender.
  6. 6. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
  7. 7. Wash the zucchini.
  8. 8. Grate the zucchini finely.
  9. 9. Squeeze the liquid out of the grated zucchini.
  10. 10. Peel the carrot.
  11. 11. Grate the carrot finely as well.
  12. 12. Peel the onion.
  13. 13. Chop the onion finely.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  16. 16. Remove the pan from the heat.
  17. 17. Let the onion mixture cool down.
  18. 18. Mix the minced beef with the egg.
  19. 19. Add the grated vegetables.
  20. 20. Add the cooled onions to the meat mixture.
  21. 21. Stir in the mustard.
  22. 22. Squeeze the bread roll well and add it to the mixture.
  23. 23. Work everything into a homogeneous dough.

  25. 25. Shape 12 to 15 patties from the mixture.
  26. 26. Heat half of the butter in a pan.
  27. 27. Brown the patties on all sides over medium to high heat.
