🍽️ Colorful Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 1 small Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 Beef tomato
- 1 small yellow Zucchini
- 4 Stalks Basil
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 8 White bread slices
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the onion and dice it finely as well.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, and remove the seeds.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
- 6. Pour boiling water over the plum tomato.
- 7. Remove the skin of the tomato.
- 8. Halve the tomato and remove the seeds.
- 9. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
- 10. Wash the basil and cut it into thin strips.
- 11. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 12. Add the vegetables (except the basil) to the pan.
- 13. Sauté the mixture over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 15. Drain the liquid that has formed.
- 16. Toast the white bread slices in the grill, oven, or toaster until golden brown.
- 17. Mix the basil into the vegetables.
- 18. Distribute the vegetable-basil mixture on the toasted bread.
- 19. Plate the bruschetta.
- 20. Serve the bruschetta.
