🥤 Colorful Berry Punch

Ingredients
- 40 g ginger (1 piece)
- 1 small lime
- 100 g small strawberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g red currants
- 1 l mineral water (ice cold)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger, cut it into small pieces, and press the pulp directly into your punch bowl or jug using a garlic press.
- 2. Cut the lime in half, squeeze out the juice, and add it to the bowl as well.
- 3. Gently wash the strawberries, pat them dry, remove the green stems, and cut them in half if necessary.
- 4. Wash the blueberries and let them drain well in a colander.
- 5. Also wash the redcurrants, let them drain, and gently strip the berries off the stems using your hand or a fork.
- 6. Add all the berries to the ginger-lime juice and let the mixture infuse for about 25 minutes. Then top it up with mineral water, add ice cubes, and serve the drink.
