  1. 1. Peel the ginger, cut it into small pieces, and press the pulp directly into your punch bowl or jug using a garlic press.
  2. 2. Cut the lime in half, squeeze out the juice, and add it to the bowl as well.
  3. 3. Gently wash the strawberries, pat them dry, remove the green stems, and cut them in half if necessary.
  4. 4. Wash the blueberries and let them drain well in a colander.
  5. 5. Also wash the redcurrants, let them drain, and gently strip the berries off the stems using your hand or a fork.
  6. 6. Add all the berries to the ginger-lime juice and let the mixture infuse for about 25 minutes. Then top it up with mineral water, add ice cubes, and serve the drink.
