  1. 1. Place the bread roll in the milk and let it soak.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and dice it into very small cubes.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion cubes briefly until they are soft and translucent.
  4. 4. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well to remove excess milk.
  5. 5. Mix the minced meat with the squeezed bread, the egg, the mustard, the sautéed onions, the marjoram, and the parsley.
  6. 6. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. If the mixture is too sticky, stir in some breadcrumbs.
  8. 8. Form about eight small balls from the meat mixture.
  9. 9. Flatten the balls slightly.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  12. 12. Put the butter into a small bowl.
  13. 13. Finely chop the capers.
  14. 14. Finely chop the dabbed anchovy fillets.
  15. 15. Stir the parsley into the butter.
  16. 16. Fold in the chopped capers and anchovies into the butter.
  17. 17. Place a dollop of the capers-anchovy butter on each meatball.
  18. 18. Let the butter melt over the meatballs.
  19. 19. Heat oil in another pan.
  20. 20. Fry four fried eggs in the hot oil.
  21. 21. Season the fried eggs with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Serve the fried eggs together with the meatballs.
  23. 23. Serve with fried potatoes as desired.
