  6. 6. Squeeze the soaked breadcrumbs.
  7. 7. Put the sautéed onions, the parsley, the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, marjoram, the egg, and the meat into a bowl.
  8. 8. Mix everything into a uniform minced meat dough.
  9. 9. Shape 8 round meatballs from the mixture.
  10. 10. Brush the meatballs with olive oil.
  11. 11. Grill the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  12. 12. Wash the tomatoes and remove the core.
  13. 13. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  14. 14. Peel the onions and halve them.
  15. 15. Cut the onions into strips.
  16. 16. Distribute the onions and tomatoes on plates.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the salad with parsley.
  18. 18. Drizzle the salad with lemon juice and oil.
