Ingredients
- 1.25 l clear vegetable broth (homemade or instant)
- 100 g alphabet pasta
- 100 g carrots (frozen)
- 100 g frozen peas
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until it is still slightly firm to the bite. Drain it, rinse it briefly with cold water, and let it drain well.
- 2. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Bring the vegetable soup to a boil, add the carrots and peas, and simmer over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Add the pasta, heat everything through briefly, season with salt and pepper, and serve the soup.
