🍽️ Garlic-Free Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- Olive oil
- 6 Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Basil
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the inner part with the seeds.
- 4. Dice the remaining flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Mix the tomato cubes with basil.
- 6. Add the onions to the mixture.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper.
- 8. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 9. Let the mixture rest for ten minutes.
- 10. Cut the bread in half lengthwise.
- 11. Slice the bread into thick pieces.
- 12. Preheat the oven with the grill function.
- 13. Toast the bread slices under the hot grill.
- 14. Toast them until golden brown on both sides.
- 15. Drizzle the toasted bread with olive oil.
- 16. Sprinkle a little salt over it.
- 17. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the bread.
- 18. Serve the bruschetta immediately.
