🍽️ Garlic Bruschetta with Tomato-Onion Mix

Ingredients
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small white onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- 8 small slices ciabatta
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the onion.
- 4. Dice the onion into small cubes as well.
- 5. Peel two garlic cloves.
- 6. Finely chop the garlic.
- 7. Place the tomato cubes in a bowl.
- 8. Add the onion cubes to the bowl.
- 9. Add the chopped garlic to the bowl.
- 10. Add the basil to the bowl.
- 11. Add the vinegars to the bowl.
- 12. Add the olive oil to the bowl.
- 13. Add salt to the bowl.
- 14. Add pepper to the bowl.
- 15. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 16. Season the mixture with more salt.
- 17. Season the mixture with more pepper.
- 18. Place the bread slices in the toaster.
- 19. Toast the bread slices until they are lightly golden brown.
- 20. Take the still hot bread slices out of the toaster.
- 21. Rub one side of the hot bread slices with the remaining garlic cloves.
- 22. Place the bread slices on a plate.
- 23. Distribute the tomato mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- 24. Serve the dish immediately.
