  9. 9. Dice all the fruits into small cubes.

  11. 11. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
  12. 12. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
  13. 13. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  14. 14. Cut the butter into small pieces.
  15. 15. Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
