🍽️ Bread Cake with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 250 g peas (frozen or canned)
- 1 avocado
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 g white beans (jar; drained weight)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch radishes
- 12 slices whole wheat bread (loaf shape)
- 300 g cream cheese
- 0.5 cucumber
- 0.5 bunch dill
Instructions
- 1. Put the thawed peas into a blender.
- 2. Cut the avocado in half.
- 3. Remove the pit.
- 4. Scoop the flesh out of the skin.
- 5. Add the avocado flesh to the blender.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 7. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 8. Blend everything until smooth.
- 9. Set the pea-avocado mixture aside.
- 10. Drain the beans.
- 11. Rinse the beans with water.
- 12. Let the beans drain well.
- 13. Puree the beans.
- 14. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the bean puree.
- 15. Add the olive oil to the bean puree.
- 16. Mix everything into a smooth puree.
- 17. Wash the chives.
- 18. Shake the chives dry.
- 19. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 20. Peel the radishes.
- 21. Wash the radishes.
- 22. Set half of the radishes aside.
- 23. Dice the rest of the radishes finely.
- 24. Mix the chives into the bean puree.
- 25. Mix the diced radishes into the bean puree.
- 26. Season the bean mixture with salt and pepper.
- 27. Set the bean mixture aside.
- 28. Stir the cream cheese until creamy.
- 29. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese.
- 30. Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper.
- 31. Wash the cucumber.
- 32. Use a vegetable peeler to create long, thin strips from the cucumber.
- 33. Slice the remaining radishes thinly.
- 34. Wash the dill.
- 35. Shake the dill dry.
- 36. Pick off the fine dill tips.
- 37. Spread the bean puree evenly over four slices of bread.
- 38. Place another slice of bread on top of each.
- 39. Spread the pea puree over these bread slices.
- 40. Arrange the remaining four slices of bread on top.
- 41. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the four bread cakes.
- 42. Garnish them with the cucumber strips.
- 43. Garnish them with the radish slices.
- 44. Garnish them with the dill tips.
- 45. Serve the bread cake with cream cheese.
