  1. 1. Cut the baguette into small, bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick pan.
  3. 3. Fry the bread cubes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Place the finished cubes on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
  5. 5. Rinse the tomatoes and cucumber thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove any tough parts from the tomatoes and cucumber.
  7. 7. Quarter the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
  8. 8. Rinse the prepared bell pepper as well.
  9. 9. Cut the tomato, cucumber, and pepper vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  10. 10. Peel the celery and rinse it.
  11. 11. Slice the celery into thin slices.
  12. 12. Heat the remaining olive oil in a small pan.
  13. 13. Lightly toast the pine nuts in it.
  14. 14. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the pan with the nuts.
  15. 15. Mix the mixture with vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  16. 16. Gently fold the prepared vegetables into the pine nut dressing.
  17. 17. Add the crispy bread cubes and the basil leaves.
  18. 18. Mix everything lightly together.
