🍽️ Vegetable Bread Pan

Ingredients
- 500 g white bread
- 250 g cooked potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 red bell peppers
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the hard crust from the bread and tear the rest into small pieces. Press the peeled potatoes through a potato press directly into a bowl and mix them well with the bread pieces.
- 2. Fry the mixture in a hot pan with oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Add the pressed garlic.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the inside, and slice them into strips. Fry the vegetables for the last 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
