  3. 3. Whisk 5 tablespoons of lukewarm water with the milk.
  4. 4. Pour the liquid into the flour and knead everything with the beaters of your electric hand mixer for about 10 minutes until you have a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Adjust the consistency of the dough as needed with a little more flour or water.
  6. 6. Roll the dough out thinly.
  7. 7. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  8. 8. Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Wash the herbs and shake off excess water.
  10. 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Whisk the cream cheese with the cream until smooth.
  12. 12. Remove the flatbread from the oven.
