🍽️ Smoked Salmon Bread Bites with Creamy Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1.5 tbsp horseradish (from the jar)
- 1 pinch granulated vegetable broth
- 1 pinch paprika powder
- 50 g whipping cream (whipped)
- salt
- pepper
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 4 larger slices smoked salmon
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Put the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 2. Add the horseradish.
- 3. Add the vegetable broth.
- 4. Sprinkle in the paprika powder.
- 5. Stir everything vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth.
- 6. Add the cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- 7. Gently fold in the cream.
- 8. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
- 9. Add fresh pepper.
- 10. Take the bread slices.
- 11. Spread the finished cream evenly over the bread slices.
- 12. Place the smoked salmon slices on the buttered bread slices.
- 13. Wash the chili peppers under running water.
- 14. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 15. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
- 16. Put the chili rings into a small bowl.
- 17. Add the sunflower seeds.
- 18. Add the chopped parsley.
- 19. Mix the chili, seeds, and parsley well together.
- 20. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the salmon bread bites.
- 21. Serve the breads immediately.
