Ingredients
- 100 g dried tomatoes in oil
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 sprigs basil
- 4 slices oat bread
Instructions
- 1. Let the tomatoes drain slightly and chop them into coarse pieces. Place them in a tall blending jar. Add 90 grams of sunflower seeds, some rapeseed oil, and 3 to 4 tablespoons of water. Puree everything until smooth. Season the spread with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Wash the basil and shake it dry. Finely chop the leaves. Take three quarters of the amount and stir it into the tomato spread.
- 3. Spread the mixture onto four slices of oat bread. Sprinkle the remaining sunflower seeds and basil on top. Serve immediately.
