Ingredients
- 24 slices pumpernickel
- 1 package fine spreadable sausage
- 8 radishes
- carrots
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 physalis
- landjäger sausage
- 2 lychees
- 6 slices whole wheat toast
- 1 package cream cheese
- 8 grapes
- apples
- bananas
- 2 pieces cheese
Instructions
- 1. Spread 16 slices of pumpernickel with sausage.
- 2. Place one additional slice of pumpernickel on top of 8 of these slices.
- 3. Spread the top slices with sausage as well.
- 4. Wash and dry the radishes.
- 5. Place the radishes on 8 individual slices of pumpernickel.
- 6. Wash the half carrot.
- 7. Carve 2 knights from it.
- 8. Cut off the ends of the bell peppers.
- 9. Wash and clean the bell peppers.
- 10. Open 1 physalis.
- 11. Cut the half landjäger sausage in half.
- 12. Decorate all prepared ingredients on each pumpernickel slice.
- 13. Decorate 1 lychee on a pumpernickel slice.
- 14. Cut out 24 circles from the toast slices.
- 15. Spread 16 of these circles with cream cheese.
- 16. Place one additional toast circle on top of 8 of the spread circles.
- 17. Spread the top toast circles with cream cheese as well.
- 18. Wash and dry the grapes.
- 19. Carve 2 knights from the apple.
- 20. Open the remaining physalis.
- 21. Cut the half banana in half.
- 22. Cut the cheese in half.
- 23. Decorate all prepared ingredients on each toast circle.
- 24. Decorate the remaining lychee on a toast circle.
