Ingredients
- 0.25 cucumber
- 2 leaves Napa cabbage
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 slices country bread
- 6 thin slices turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp cress
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber and slice it into paper-thin rounds. Wash the Chinese cabbage, shake off excess water, and tear the leaves into small pieces. Whisk together mustard, yogurt, salt, and pepper to make a creamy sauce, then spread it onto the bread slices.
- 2. Layer the cucumber slices, Chinese cabbage, and turkey breast onto two bread slices. Sprinkle cress over the top and cover with the remaining bread slices.
