  6. 6. Wash the chives.
  7. 7. Shake the chives dry.
  8. 8. Set aside a few whole chive stalks for decoration.
  9. 9. Chop the remaining chives into fine rings.
  10. 10. Mix the diced pepper with the quark.
  11. 11. Stir the chive rings into the quark mixture.
  12. 12. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
  13. 13. Season the cream with freshly ground pepper.
  14. 14. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
  15. 15. Stir everything well until the seasoning is distributed.
