Ingredients
- 2 red onions
- 4 slices country bread
- 20 g butter
- 300 g minced pork (coarse)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
- garden cress (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions.
- 2. Cut the onions in half.
- 3. Slice the onions into thin strips.
- 4. Spread the buns thinly with butter.
- 5. Finely chop the parsley.
- 6. Mix the raw minced pork (Mett) with the chopped parsley.
- 7. Distribute the meat-parsley mixture evenly over the buns.
- 8. Season the raw minced pork with salt and pepper.
- 9. Sprinkle the onion strips over the raw minced pork.
- 10. Garnish the buns with cress.
- 11. Serve small sour gherkins (cornichons) on the side.
