🍳 Baguette with creamy woodruff-cottage cheese spread and daisies

Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 1 handful wild garlic (approx. 50 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 400 g cottage cheese
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- daisy flower (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the baguette into about 12 even slices.
- 2. Wash the woodruff thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Remove any damaged or wilted leaves.
- 4. Pat the woodruff dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Place the woodruff, olive oil, and pine nuts in a blender.
- 6. Puree the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- 7. Stir the woodruff paste into the cottage cheese.
- 8. Mix everything until a uniform cream forms.
- 9. Season the cream with a pinch of salt to taste.
- 10. Add fresh pepper to taste.
- 11. Spread the green cottage cheese cream generously over the bread slices.
- 12. Toast the slices briefly in a toaster or pan if you prefer.
- 13. Garnish the finished bread with fresh daisies.
- 14. Serve the baguette immediately.
