🍽️ Grilled Meat Patties on Bread

Ingredients
- 1 Italian white bread
- 100 g Butter
- 1.2 kg ground beef
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 soy sauce
- 0.5 cucumber
- several cherry tomatoes (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the softened butter with the mustard and pepper.
- 2. Cut the bread into thick slices.
- 3. Spread the butter-mustard mixture on the cut sides of the bread.
- 4. Peel the onions and chop them finely.
- 5. Mix the minced meat with the onions, salt, chili sauce, and soy sauce.
- 6. Shape flat meat patties that are slightly larger than the bread slices.
- 7. Place the bread with the unspread side on the grill.
- 8. Place the meat patties on the grill grate.
- 9. Grill them on one side.
- 10. Flip the meat patties.
- 11. Place the bread with the cut side on top of the meat patties.
- 12. Continue grilling until the meat is fully cooked.
- 13. Slice the cucumber.
- 14. Halve the tomatoes.
- 15. Garnish the meat patties with the vegetables.
