- 60 g peanut butter
- 2 tsp cream cheese
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 30 g cranberries (dried)
Instructions
- 1. Stir the peanut butter and cream cheese together in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 2. Spread the cream generously over the slices of whole grain bread. Then, evenly distribute the pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries on top.
- 3. Wrap the finished bread tightly in parchment paper for taking along.
