  4. 4. Add the semolina, both types of flour, the baking powder, and the salt to a large bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the dry ingredients well.
  6. 6. Add the milk, the eggs, the butter, and the sugar to the bowl.
  7. 7. Whisk everything with an electric hand mixer.
  8. 8. Mix the dough until it is soft and smooth.
  9. 9. Pour the dough into the prepared pan.
  10. 10. Smooth the surface of the dough.
  11. 11. Bake the bread for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Cover the bread with aluminum foil if the top becomes too dark.
  13. 13. Remove the bread from the oven.
