  1. 1. Wash the blackberries thoroughly, remove any stems, and let them drain well. Set aside a few berries for decoration.
  2. 2. Blend the remaining blackberries together with the yogurt, orange juice, powdered sugar, and orange zest until creamy and frothy. Then place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. 3. Peel the pear and cut it into thick slices. Cut star shapes out of the slices as desired. Serve the pear on top of the cold blackberry yogurt mixture and garnish with the blackberries you set aside earlier.
