🍰 Blackberry Ice Pops with Thyme

Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 100 ml blackberry juice
- 250 g quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
- 400 g blackberries
- 1 sprig lemon thyme
- Crushed Ice
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from the halved lime. Mix the blackberry and lime juice with the quark. Wash the thyme, shake it dry, and pluck off the leaves. Wash 300 grams of blackberries and pat them dry. Stir the blackberries and thyme leaves into the quark mixture.
- 2. Fill the mixture into 8 ice pop molds and freeze for about 1 hour. Then insert the wooden sticks and freeze completely for another 3 hours.
- 3. Wash the remaining blackberries before serving. Remove the ice from the molds, place them on crushed ice, and garnish with the blackberries.
