🥤 Refreshing Blackberry Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 g blackberries
- 1 untreated lime
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 300 ml low-fat kefir
- 4 tbsp crushed ice
Instructions
- 1. Remove all leaves and stems from the blackberries.
- 2. Rinse the blackberries under running water.
- 3. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Rinse the lime under running water.
- 5. Dry the lime.
- 6. Grate a little of the green lime peel to extract flavors.
- 7. Cut two thin slices from the lime.
- 8. Set the lime slices aside for later decoration.
- 9. Squeeze the rest of the lime to obtain the juice.
- 10. Put the blackberries into the blender.
- 11. Add the lime juice to the blender.
- 12. Add the honey to the blender.
- 13. Add the kefir to the blender.
- 14. Add the crushed ice to the blender.
- 15. Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- 16. Taste the mixture and adjust if necessary.
- 17. Pour the smoothie mixture into two glasses.
- 18. Decorate the glasses with the lime slices.
- 19. Drink the smoothie ice cold.
