🍰 Blackberry Layered Yogurt

Ingredients
- 250 g Blackberries
- 500 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 60 g Pistachio kernels (4 tbsp)
- 4 tsp Honey
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pick over the blackberries and place 150 grams of them into a tall container.
- 2. Add half of the yogurt and puree the mixture finely using a hand blender.
- 3. Distribute the blackberry yogurt evenly among four glasses.
- 4. Fill the remaining yogurt into the glasses and garnish with the rest of the blackberries.
- 5. Roughly chop the pistachios, mix them with the honey, and top the yogurts with the mixture. Then serve the dish.
