🥤 Refreshing Blend of Blackberries and Peaches

Ingredients
- 200 g large ripe peaches (1 large ripe peach)
- 200 g blackberries (frozen or fresh)
- 100 ml mineral water (ice cold)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the peaches under running water.
- 2. Pat the fruits dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the peaches in half.
- 4. Remove the pit from the peach halves.
- 5. Divide the pitted peach halves into two pieces each.
- 6. Take one of the peach pieces and cut two to three paper-thin slices from it.
- 7. Set the thin peach slices aside for later decoration.
- 8. Check the blackberries for stems or unripe parts.
- 9. Rinse the blackberries briefly under water.
- 10. Dry the blackberries with a kitchen towel as well.
- 11. Cut the remaining peach pieces into small cubes.
- 12. Add the peach cubes and the blackberries to a blender.
- 13. Blend the fruits into a smooth puree.
- 14. Pour the puree into a large drinking glass.
- 15. Fill the glass with mineral water.
- 16. Garnish the drink with the peach slices you set aside earlier.
