🍰 Fruity Salad with Blackberries and Nectarines

Ingredients
- 100 g blackberries
- 125 g nectarine (1 nectarine)
- 60 g low-fat quark (3 tbsp)
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 12 g amaranth pops (4 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the blackberries under running water and let them drain well.
- 2. Wash the nectarine, pat it dry, cut it in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into very thin wedges.
- 3. Stir the quark until creamy and season to taste with the honey.
- 4. Arrange the fruits on two plates, add the quark mixture, and sprinkle everything with Amaranth Pops.
