🍽️ Broccoli Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 large broccoli
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- juice of one lemon
- olive oil
- 4 tbsp whole milk yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Also wash the tomatoes and the spring onions. Briefly boil the broccoli in salted water until tender-crisp, then immediately shock it in ice water to keep its color. Let it drain well. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 2. Clean the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice, yogurt, and 3 tablespoons of oil to make a sauce. Arrange the broccoli, tomatoes, and spring onions on plates and drizzle with the sauce before serving.
